In 2016, a partnership emerged with the textile company Cães de Pedra , stemming from the need to optimize the payroll processing of over 400 employees. In their search for solutions, they contacted us through a recommendation from a Samsys client.

After analyzing the company's reality and the processes that needed to be reviewed and simplified, the need to create a link between the time clocks and the Human Resources solution was identified . This would eliminate repetitive tasks.
The ultra-limited time available for implementing the solution and the complex data migration made the process particularly ambitious.
Solution: Customized PHC
We combined synergies with the time clock solution manufacturer, which allowed us to successfully develop an automated time and attendance system , thus significantly reducing payroll processing time, which is no longer manual and so meticulous.
During the implementation of the new solution, it was also possible to streamline other tasks, such as commission processing, export of union dues settlements, export to accounting , among others.
