Challenge

A Doghouses and Company, contacted Samsys with the main need to increase its presence in digital channels, increase brand recognition, work on PPC campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads), as well as streamline, automate email marketing processes and, of course, increase their sales in the online store and showroom. At the same time, establish a more direct contact with the final consumer.

Solution

Creation of a brand communication strategy and digital presence, focusing on digital channels, the production of written content (content marketing), SEO analysis, Display and Search Campaigns, Photography and analytics to make the user experience as simple as possible in the online store.

Planning and Design

Analyzing the digital presence and existing communication on the part of Casotas & Co, it was evident the need to improve what, until then, was present in the networks. When carrying out the planning, the importance of keeping the website optimized and in accordance with the graphic line and content creation that was being elaborated was taken into account. The desired is to mitigate different experiences that the user could suffer when moving from digital communication channels to the customer's "home" on the web.

  • The ongoing ads were optimized and it was possible to verify the reduction in CPC;
  • Creation of specific conversion actions and control of user vanishing points;
  • Display campaigns were carried out in Meta and Search in Google Ads campaigns with very positive results.
