Samsys was once again distinguished with the status of PME Excellence. Every year IAPMEI awards the seal of excellence to several companies. The distinction is given to companies that stood out for their socio-economic performance.
It is a seal of reputation that allows distinguished companies to relate to their surroundings – suppliers, customers, the financial system and national and regional authorities – on a basis of trust that facilitates the development of your business. For exporting companies with international ambition, the PME Excellence status is particularly relevant, constituting a differentiating factor and a guarantee of the solidity and suitability of the companies.
What is Samsys?
The awards and recognitions given to Samsys have a reason for being. For Samsys management, the focus is on contributing to the happiness of each employee. As a human being who is constantly going through a process of growth and learning – Healthy mind in a healthy body.
Samsys continues to bet, more and more, in individual training of each employee, which leads to a sharing of mission, vision and values disseminated throughout the team.
On a day-to-day basis, the development of research processes is a constant. It is a requirement of the technology sector. With orders from our customers who often ask us for products that do not exist on the market. This allows Samsys to develop its own product adapted to each need.
Selection Criteria
As SME Excellence are selected by IAPMEI and Turismo de Portugal based on the universe of PME Líder (*) as of October 31, 2019, and companies must cumulatively meet the following criteria:
- Financial Autonomy >= 37,50%
- Net Return on Equity >= 12,50%
- Net Financial Debt / EBITDA (NetDebt/EBITDA) <= 2,50
- EBITDA / Assets >= 10,00%
- EBITDA / Turnover >= 7,50%
- Turnover Growth (from 2017 to 2018) >=0
- Risk rating assigned by the Mutual Guarantee Societies <= 5
