How we work
After submitting a Technical Assistance Request, you will receive a confirmation and your request goes into the system.
The request is analysed and directed to a Samsys consultant of the specialized Technical department.
The scheduling of the intervention is carried out considering the nature of the urgency, the entry order, and its availability.
After execution (in person or remote) the intervention is classified by a total resolution or need for its continuity.
