How We Work

Order registration

After submitting a Technical Assistance Request, you will receive a supporting confirmation and your request goes into the system.

Analyse

The request is analysed and directed to a Samsys consultant of the specialized Technical department.

Scheduling

The scheduling of the intervention is carried out considering the nature of urgency, the order of entry and its availability.

Execution

After execution (presence or remote) the intervention is classified by a total resolution or need for its continuity.
