Audits
In Audits, Consultants seek to make an impartial observation of the system implemented in the client, which is recorded in a report that allows later to identify points of improvement, as well as non-conformities (at the legislative level, company standards, etc.).
Solution Design
The solutions are designed taking into account the client's needs, not only those identified by the client, but also those resulting from our observation. We take advantage of all our knowledge and experience to provide customers with excellent solutions that allow them to address their needs in the most effective way that the market offers.
Projects
After the solution studied is approved, we coordinate with the client the most efficient and transparent way to apply it. We periodically monitor the defined objectives and tasks, reporting the status of the situation to the client and collecting feedback from users, which serves to understand the need to make adjustments, both regarding the implementation methodology, as well as with regard to previously agreed objectives. .
Technical Assistance
The completion of the project does not end our relationship with the client, as the continuous monitoring of solutions is never neglected. The Planning and Support Department makes use of the Systems team members if they need to escalate a support request, ensuring the second line of intervention. They also coordinate the relationship with manufacturers in situations where it is necessary to escalate the assistance request to the third line.
Specialization Projects
The Systems team assumes itself as a specialist in Consulting services. In this context, it identifies customer needs and the most appropriate solutions that the market has to meet them. Having a global knowledge of existing technologies allows advising the client in the direction of the best solution, taking into account all the variables.
