As a result of our internal experience and the connection with our Sage team, we built an integrator that allows you to connect your Sage to your Online Store. We built a solution based on the experience of implementing more than 300 websites, which allows us to respond to almost any scenario.
We currently integrate different components (articles, images, families, customers, orders) between Sage 50c and Sage 100C and WooCommerce, Shopify and Magento v2.

Creating supplier documents from PDF
The best way to take advantage of the different management and analysis tools of any management software, in this case Sage, is to feed the system with information.
If we do not post the purchase order, we cannot convert it into an invoice and, consequently, it will not be possible to automatically integrate the accounting. In other words, everything depends on the insertion of data, a process that takes some time.
We have developed a system that reads all items in PDF, creates the purchase order for the supplier and adds all specified items to it. Previously, this process took almost an hour and now it takes 1 minute!

The pending documents information is so relevant that it only appears on the Sage 50c Dashboard. By selecting this option, it is possible to see documents that are due or due shortly, and also add other filters.
